A steam generator unit consists of boiler, superheater, economizer, and air preheater. Feed water temperature is 20 C, boiler pressure is 40 bar. Steam exits from superheater at 300 C. Fuel CV is 40 MJ/kg. Air is preheated from 25 C to 100 C. Flue gas temperature at inlet to chimney is 300 C. Heat transferred to economizer is 5000 kW.
